Generally, after we confirm full payment, your package will be shipped within 24 hours. It takes 4-7 business days for delivery to Singapore, Japan, North America, UK, Australia and New Zealand. For all international orders, packages take 7-10 business days. Delivery time varies depending on your location and the customs processing situation. We offer shipping insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. Any missing problems reported, we will help solve your problems immediately.
Delivery is guaranteed. In the event that your package is lost or blocked, we will at our expense. We are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged on your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer.
The sending of the orders can be delayed or can not be sent for the following reasons:
- Incorrect or non-specific address you provided.
- Order is pending approval and credit check.
- A product is currently out of stock.

General non-delivery cases where you accept responsibility:
You (or the recipient) must accept delivery of the goods and the applicable procedures / charges from your local Customs.
If the delivery fails because:
- You were not at home or courier can not get in touch with you
- Delivery details were wrong

- The mail can not satisfactorily verify the identity of the person trying to receive the goods

After we send your package, we will send you the tracking number. Normally, you can track your package on the internet within the next 24-48 hours. If you are unable to track your package on the internet (tracking links) after 3 business days, we suggest you email our sales immediately. And we will do our best to correct the problem as soon as possible.
If you did not receive your package within 30 days, please also let us know what happened and help you. If the parcel is lost, we will resubmit the package shortly.
"Delivery time" on the site means: the time interval between the time we receive the full payment of the time we send your package from our warehouse.
All packages shipped to you are international packages, so surely all packages must be processed by your countrys Custom.
